A hearing on the merits was commenced on December 20, 2010. A further hearing was set on this date to allow the parties to attempt to resolve their dispute, and at the further hearing, the parties on the record stated that because Respondent Re Source Arizona had agreed to replace the VCT vinyl floor at issue with a wood floor, Complainant M. Zuhdi Jasser, M.D., P.C. agreed to withdraw its complaint to the Registrar of Contractors. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the further hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar of Contractors as resolved/settled/ withdrawn. Done this day, January 18, 2011.
