Complainant Western Technologies, Inc. has withdrawn its complaint against Respondent Seamus Martin King and Gerard Patrick King dba King’s World of Marble “on the grounds that the extremely low likelihood of the ultimate payment of what is owed by Respondent causes this proceeding no longer to be cost-effective to pursue.” Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on May 30, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
