Bryant _____________________________________________________________________ FINDINGS OF FACT Complainant failed to appear at the compliance hearing. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW By failing to appear at the hearing, Complainant failed to present evidence showing that Respondents are not in compliance.[1] Therefore, Respondents are deemed to be in compliance. RECOMMENDED DECISION Based on the foregoing, it is recommended that this compliance matter be dismissed.
