Work Order, or.” On page 15, delete lines 1 – 5, “Ÿ That David . . . with the Complainant.” Justification: Respondent’s license expired on October 1, 2012, and as such it cannot be reinstate; thus, provisional discipline is not appropriate in this matter. Respondent is currently unlicensed and unable to contract in any manner. The Registrar maintains that unconditional revocation is the proper discipline to impose in this case. This Order constitutes a final administrative decision reviewable pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. §12-901. This Order will be in full force and effect on August 17, 2013.
