The record was held open to allow Respondent Wahl Brothers Air Conditioning, L.L.C. to resolve Complainant Nicholas Consolidated, Inc.’s complaint to the Registrar for non-payment. Because Complainant’s attorney has informed the Registrar that Respondent has paid its debt to Complainant in full, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the proceeding on the merits of Complainant’s complaint in this matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that it be closed as resolved/settled/withdrawn.
