CONCLUSIONS OF LAW By failing to appear at the hearing, Complainant failed to present evidence in support of the complaint.[1] Therefore, the complaint should be dismissed. RECOMMENDED DECISION Based on the foregoing, it is recommended that this complaint be dismissed.
