IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter came on for hearing on November 24, 2010; the Complainant appeared through her attorney, Sharon Siegel. The Respondent appeared through its attorney, Dwight O. Watland. In accordance with the parties’ joint stipulation the matter was held open until December 21, 2010 to allow the parties sufficient time to complete their settlement negotiations. On December 21, 2010, the parties filed a joint Stipulation to Dismiss and Withdraw Complaint (Affixed hereto). In the joint Stipulation to Dismiss and Withdraw Complaint the parties stipulated that the complaint was be withdrawn and the matter be dismissed with each party to bear their own attorneys’ fees and court costs. Based on the above, IT IS ORDERED that this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
