IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Complainant, by and through its attorney of record, has filed a copy of the Respondent’s previously filed petition in bankruptcy in United States Bankruptcy Court case no. 98-02207-PhxCGC. There was no dispute that as a direct result thereof, there now exists an automatic stay of proceedings against the Respondent pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §362(a). There was no dispute that the Complainant has received notice of Respondent’s claim referable to the automatic stay and has not filed any response thereto with the United States Bankruptcy Court. Therefore, good cause appearing, the above-entitled case is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and it is hereby Ordered that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for its further action.
