Vacate: Settlement Recommendation

IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pursuant to the Notice of Hearing issued by the Registrar of Contractors, this matter came on for hearing before Administrative Law Judge Brian Brendan Tully of the Office of Administrative Hearings, an independent agency, on July 2, 2010. Central Arizona Supply did not appear. Hacienda Plumbing, Inc. was represented by its corporate officer and qualifying party, Keith Allen. At the hearing, Mr. Allen announced that the parties had reached a settlement agreement, the essential terms of which were read into the record. Respondent has been making payments to Complainant pursuant to the parties’ settlement agreement. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing be vacated and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further disposition.
