IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On July 6, 2010, the parties appeared at the appointed time and place for hearing in this matter. Complainant appeared on his own behalf. Respondent was represented by its President and Qualifying Party Shawn Wheeler. During the beginning phase of the hearing, the parties reached agreement and did not need to continue the formal hearing process. Complainant agreed to pay Respondent $300. Respondent agreed to repair the A/C unit at issue by July 31, 2010. The parties are aware that, as stated in the Notice of Hearing under “Resolution Short of Adjudication,” upon notice of this settlement, the Registrar of Contractors will close the complaint and note it as “resolved/settled/withdrawn.” Good cause appearing, IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors close this matter.
