On September 19, 2013, Respondent filed a Notice of Settlement and Stipulation to Dismiss with Prejudice with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter, and the hearing currently scheduled for October 16, 2013, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and the matter is dismissed with prejudice.
