IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On August 3, 2010, Complainant appeared for the hearing in this matter, as did the Residential Contractors’ Recovery Fund (“the Fund”) through Assistant Attorney General Monty Lee. Respondent did not appear. At the start of the hearing, Mr. Lee informed the tribunal that there had been a technical problem with the notices for the claim and hearing such that an old address was used for Respondent. Respondent did not get notice of the claim or hearing. Good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing in this matter and remanding this case to the Registrar of Contractors so that notice may be properly given to the Respondent. Any party may request a hearing once the new notice is issued.
