IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pursuant to the Notice of Recovery Fund Payout Hearing issued by the Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”), this matter came on for hearing on August 12, 2010, before the Office of Administrative Hearings, an independent agency. Nancy Siggins appeared personally. Tierrascape Contractor, Ltd. did not appear. The Registrar was represented by Assistant Attorney General Keely Verstegen. At the commencement of the hearing, the parties announced that they had reached a settlement agreement. The parties agree that Complainant shall receive an administrative payout from the Residential Contractors’ Recovery Fund in the amount of $13,213.06 for damages. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter be vacated and that Case No. 2009-7100056 be remanded to the Registrar for further action.
