IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

A compliance hearing was scheduled on this date. Respondent Valiant Garage Doors, L.L.C. was prepared to present evidence that Complainants Lisa Mendez and Robert Donnelly had denied reasonable access for Respondent to comply with the Registrar of Contractors’ default order. Complainants were prepared to present evidence that Respondent did not comply with the Registrar’s order after being allowed reasonable access to do so. After the parties requested a recess to discuss their differences, they agreed to a settlement, the terms of which the parties’ representatives recited on the record under oath. Complainants agreed to accept the settlement in lieu of compliance. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the compliance hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that it be closed as resolved, settled, or withdrawn, and that the Registrar remove any discipline that was taken against Respondent’s license as a result of the statutory violations established in this matter.
