IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pursuant to the Notice of Rehearing issued by the Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”), the above-captioned matter came on for rehearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings, an independent agency, on May 24, 2012. Complainant appeared personally. Respondent was represented by its authorized representative, David Brock. After the commencement of the rehearing, Complainant announced that he had a change of heart and wanted to withdraw his complaint. Respondent did not object. Complainant stated that his withdrawal was not the result of a settlement agreement with Respondent. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the rehearing in the above-captioned matter be vacated and that the matter be remanded to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, May 29, 2012.
