A rehearing was commenced on Complainant K and S Concrete, L.L.C.’s complainant to the Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) against Respondent Pyramid West Pipeline, L.L.C. for nonpayment in violation of A.R.S. § 32-1154(A)(11) and former (7). At the beginning of the hearing, the parties requested a recess to discuss their differences. After the recess, the parties informed the Administrative Law Judge that they had reached a settlement and recited its terms on the record. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar with the recommendation that it be closed as resolved, settled, or withdrawn. Done this day, June 30, 2011.
