Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is a notice of withdrawal received by the Office of Administrative Hearings on June 22, 2010. Pursuant to the notice, Complainants Quent and Nolya Augspurger have withdrawn their filed complaint against Respondent Desert Metal Products and Classic Aluminum Manufacturing, L.L.C., and have requested that the hearing in this matter, currently scheduled for July 6, 2010, be vacated Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED VACATING this matter from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanding it to the Registrar of Contractors for appropriate disposition.
