IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On October 1, 2019, the Arizona Board of Technical Registration (Board) filed a Status Update with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that Respondents did not answer the complaint or appear to defend the charges, and, as a result, the Board granted a Motion to Deem the Allegations Admitted on September 24, 2019. The Board asserted that the matter should be closed and returned to the Board for further action. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action. Done this day, October 2, 2019.
