The Arizona Board of Technical Registration’s (“the Board’s”) attorney moves to vacate this matter from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) because the parties have entered into a settlement agreement which resolves the allegations made in the Complaint/ Notice of Hearing filed in this case. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the this matter from OAH’s calendar. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Executive Director of the Board for further action.
