IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On October 17, 2019, Petitioner and Respondent filed a Stipulation For Dismissal With Prejudice and Request To Vacate Hearing Scheduled For October 24, 2019 with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH). The parties advised OAH that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for October 24, 2019, was not necessary and that all claims be dismissed with prejudice. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department of Real Estate for further action. Done this day, October 20, 2019.
