Petitioner Pointe Tapatio Community Association filed a Supplemental Motion to Withdraw Complaint Without Prejudice with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Petitioner advised that it wished to withdraw its complaint against Respondent Wendy M. D’Ulisse. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
