HEARING

On December 18, 2019, Petitioner filed a Motion to Withdraw ADRE Claim and Vacate December 23, 2019 Hearing (Motion) with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH). Petitioner advised OAH that the parties reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for December 23, 2019, was not necessary and that all claims be dismissed with prejudice. The settlement agreement was attached as Appendix A.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department of Real Estate for further action.
