On December 5, 2108, Petitioner submitted an email to the Office of Administrative Hearings in which he stated, “I would like to vacate (cancel) the hearing.” Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter currently scheduled to convene on December 10, 2018, is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
