On August 11, 2019, the parties filed a Notice of Settlement and Stipulation to Dismiss Appeal with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and a hearing was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Department of Education for further action. Done this day, August 26, 2019.
