At the hearing in this matter on June 28, 2019, Appellant Vasquez Mobile Home Movers, LLC indicated it wished to withdraw its appeal request after the Arizona Department of Housing’s (Department) presentation of its case in chief. Appellant understood that the Department was not pursuing any disciplinary action through the proceeding and any possible disciplinary action in the future would also afford Appellant the opportunity to appeal such discipline. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action. Done this day, June 28, 2019.
