The Arizona Department of Real Estate (“the Department”) has issued Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order suspending Raul Mena’s (“Respondent’s”) real estate salesperson’s license under A.A.C. R4-28-1304 because he failed to file a written answer within twenty days of receipt of the Department’s Notice of Hearing and Complaint. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on December 12, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Director of the Department for further action. Done this day, December 6, 2019.
