HEARING

The Arizona Department of Real Estate (“the Department”) moves to vacate the hearing because, on January 22, 2020, it issued an order revoking Christian E. Diaz’s (“Respondent’s”) real estate salesperson’s license under A.A.C. R4-28-1304 because the Department deemed the complaint allegations admitted after Respondent failed to file a timely written answer. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on February 7, 2020, at 1:00 p.m.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Commissioner of the Department for further action.
