On July 11, 2019, the Arizona Department of Real Estate (Department) filed a Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that the parties had entered into a Consent Order, where by Petitioner has been issued a provisional real estate license and the hearing currently scheduled for July 18, 2019, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
