At the end of the second hearing session, Counsel for Respondent noted that the “Brief” he had referenced during his Closing Argument was in his file and had not been sent to the Tribunal or to the Department. The Tribunal determined to allow the legal brief regarding exceptions to real estate activities to be filed and to allow the Department a response. Due to the upcoming holiday, IT IS ORDERED that Respondent shall file the brief no later than May 28, 2019. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Department shall file its response no later than June 4, 2019. The Tribunal expects to close the hearing record with several days to review the combined record and conclude the matter on June 11, 2019.
