On December 27, 2018, the Arizona Department of Real Estate (Department) filed

a Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in

which the Department requested that the administrative hearing currently scheduled for

January 22, 2019, be vacated.

Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this

matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further

action.
