On April 16, 2019, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (BCBSAZ) submitted a Motion to Vacate Hearing and Remand for Further Proceedings because BCBSAZ had reprocessed the disputed claim at Petitioner’s in- network level of benefits, which provided Petitioner the relief sought in his appeal. Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-9-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary. IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to Arizona Department of Insurance for further action. Done this day, April 18, 2019.
