On January 24, 2020, the Board considered the ALJ's recommended decision in the matter of the Application for Registered Nurse Licensure for George Marlita Obara (Case Number 19A-1603055-NUR). At that meeting and through his attorney, Teressa M. Sanzio, Mr. Obara requested to withdraw his application for licensure in the State of Arizona. The Board then voted to allow Mr. Obara to withdraw his application. As a result, no action was necessary on the ALJ's recommended decision and this case is now closed.
