On November 15, 2019, the Board considered the Administrative Law Judge Decision (“ALJ Decision”), which recommended that the Board Revoke revoking Practical Nurse License No. LP048760 and (LNA Equivalent) Undeclared Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate No. UCNA1000006973 previously issued to Julie Diane Russell.

During the Board’s consideration of the matter, counsel for the State informed the Board that the Respondent had signed a consent agreement prior to the scheduled OAH hearing, and emailed the signed agreement to a Board staff member who was on vacation. Counsel for the State noted that the signed consent agreement was consistent with the Board’s original recommendation in the matter. Based on this, the Board rejected the ALJ Decision in its entirety and accepted the signed consent agreement for Stayed Revocation Suspension followed by Stayed Revocation Probation to resolve the matter.
