On January 8, 2020, the Arizona Department of Insurance (Department) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH). The Department advised OAH that the parties had reached a settlement and entered into a Consent Order. The hearing currently scheduled for January 21, 2020, was not necessary and that all claims be dismissed with prejudice. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
