On September 16, 2019, the Arizona Department of Insurance (Department) submitted a Motion to Vacate Hearing because the Department had withdrawn the action giving rise to this hearing. Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-9-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary. IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
