On January 31, 2020, the Arizona Department of Insurance (Department) submitted a Motion to Vacate because the Department was withdrawing the action giving rise to this hearing at this time in order to pursue further investigations against Respondents.

Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-9-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
