On September 17, 2019, the Arizona Department of Insurance (Department) filed a Consent Order with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and a hearing was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
