On October 22, 2020, the Office of the Arizona Attorney General filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Arizona Attorney General’s Office advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the status conference scheduled for November 20, 2020, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board for further action.
