On February 20, 2018, the City of Phoenix notified the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings that it sought to cancel and void NOV#: V- 49652878-PNOV due to a procedural error made during the administrative hearing conducted on February 2, 2018. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for February 22, 2018, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the City of Phoenix for further action, if any. Done this day, February 21, 2018.
