IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

At the time set for hearing, the parties were able to resolve the appeal and came to a stipulated agreement on some issues as follows: 1. As to a particular wall which is located 5 feet from the mobile home, Petitioner may move the wall out another 6 inches, to 5½ feet, for purposes of landscaping improvements (at this point, intended to be red mulch and flower pots). 2. The skirting on the side of the home will be repaired by February 28, 2019. 3. As seen in Exhibit A, Petitioner will put up a barrier extending from the mobile home to the end of the carport, the barrier material within the parameters allowed by the rules, to prevent a work bench area in the carport area from being seen from the street, by February 28, 2019. 4. Once the above two items set forth in #2 and #3 are completed, Respondent will rescind the 14/30 letter. 5. This agreement is intended to settle the issue of the lot line to prevent any future disputes about the lot lines. ORDER this day, March 4, 2019.
