The terms of the settlement were recited onto the record. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the further hearing that had been scheduled on November 1, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) and (4) to the Commissioner of the Arizona Department of Real Estate for further action. Petitioner’s attorney indicated that she would withdraw the petition.
