On December 4, 2017, Petitioner filed a Motion to Dismiss with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Petitioner indicated he was planning on refiling the petition at a later date in light of new information and requested that the hearing currently scheduled for December 19, 2017, be vacated. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
