IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

After this matter was convened, the parties had an off-the-record discussion outside the presence of the Administrative Law Judge during which they reached a resolution in principal. The matter was reconvened and the terms of the agreement were stated on the record. The parties agreed that the matter should be continued to allow for the settlement terms to be effected. Through a notice filed on April 9, 2018, Petitioner informed the tribunal that the matter was resolved and no further action was required. IT IS ORDERED vacating this matter and remanding to the Department of Real Estate. Done this day, April 9, 2018.
