On December 14, 2017, counsel for Appellant filed a Motion to Dismiss and Notice of Settlement with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Appellant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and that a hearing in this matter was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
