The parties’ attorneys have submitted a joint motion to vacate the hearing and remand this matter to the Arizona Department of Administration (“the Department”) for the purpose of completing promising settlement negotiations, without prejudice to Appellant JRM Environmental, Inc.’s right to request a hearing if the parties’ negotiations do not culminate in settlement. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on May 17, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19- 111(1), (3), and (4) to the Director of the Department for further action. Done this day, May 2, 2018.
