On July 27, 2018, the Arizona State Board of Nursing (Board) filed a Request to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the Board had allowed Applicant to withdraw his application for licensure, and as a result, the hearing currently scheduled for August 2, 2018, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action. Done this day, July 30, 2018.
