IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Arizona State Board of Nursing, (hereinafter “the Board”), has requested that the hearing be vacated and that this matter be remanded to the Board because Respondent failed to submit a written response to the Complaint and Notice of Hearing as required by A.R.S. § 32-1664(J). Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on November 6, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(4) to the Executive Director of the Board for further action. Done this day, October 29, 2018.
