On September 11, 2019, the Arizona Department of Insurance (Department) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that the parties had entered into a Consent Order resolving all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for September 17, 2019, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action. Done this day, September 12, 2019.
