On May 2, 2019, the Arizona Department of Insurance (Department) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that the Director had issued a Default Order and Respondent’s insurance license had been revoked. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action. Done this day, May 2, 2019.
