On July 9, 2018, the Arizona Department of Insurance (Department) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that the Department had been unable to effectuate service of the Notice of Hearing and Complaint upon Respondent. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
